TikTok Shop & Growth Expert – Beauty Brand

New independent beauty brand is looking for an experienced TikTok Shop expert to help us grow sales and build our presence on TikTok. We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on TikTok Shop experience, not just general social media management. Responsibilities: Manage and optimize our TikTok Shop Develop a strategy to grow traffic and sales Recruit and manage TikTok Shop affiliates/creators Identify trends, content opportunities, and promotions Recommend and help execute TikTok LIVE and Shop strategies Track performance and continually optimize Bring proactive ideas for growing the brand and driving sales Ideal candidate: Proven TikTok Shop experience with measurable results Strong understanding of affiliates, creators, and TikTok commerce Beauty, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle experience preferred Proactive, creative, organized, and able to work independently We’re looking for a thought partner who can bring ideas and strategy, not someone who simply waits for tasks. Hourly Rate: $20–$30/hour, depending on experience and demonstrated TikTok Shop results.
