We already have a library of content ready to go — what we need now is expert guidance on how to establish and grow our TikTok presence. This is a consultation-focused role: we’re looking for someone who can analyze our brand, advise on strategy, and provide actionable recommendations for maximizing reach and engagement. Responsibilities: Review our existing content and advise on TikTok suitability. Develop a clear strategy for posting frequency, timing, and format. Provide insights on TikTok trends, hashtags, and algorithm behavior. Recommend best practices for audience growth and engagement. Suggest ways to optimize captions, sounds, and editing styles. Advise on metrics to track and how to measure success. Requirements: Proven experience in TikTok growth strategy and content optimization. Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm and trending formats. Ability to provide clear, actionable recommendations tailored to our brand. Excellent communication skills — able to explain strategy in simple, practical terms.
