Title: GIS Data Specialist Needed for Bulk Coordinate to Parcel Lookup

I have a list of 1,400 latitude/longitude coordinates and need to bulk extract the Parcel ID (APN) and Owner Name for each. The Problem: Standard geocoding tools are giving me the wrong owner because they guess the address. The Solution: I need someone who can perform a "Spatial Join" or "Point-in-Polygon" lookup using verified county parcel boundaries. Regrid has worked well for us in the past but is currently not working. DO NOT USE: Standard Reverse Geocoding APIs: (e.g., Google Maps API, Bing Maps, Mapbox, or OpenStreetMap). These tools use "address interpolation" (snapping to the nearest street number) which is inaccurate for our needs.Census Geocoder: This only provides "Range Interpolated" accuracy and does not resolve strict parcel ownership.Excel "Geography" Add-ons: These typically rely on Bing Maps and will return incorrect data for vacant land or non-addressed parcels.REQUIRED METHOD:You must use a Point-in-Polygon (Spatial Join) method against a verified County Assessor Parcel Boundary layer (Shapefile/Feature Service). If your workflow involves "finding the nearest address to the coordinate," please do not apply Regrid / LightBox / CoreLogic: These tools look at the actual drawn property lines (the polygon). They see that your point falls inside the shape of "Parcel #123" and return the exact owner of that shape, regardless of how far it is from the road.
