Title: Shopify CRO, Store Audit & PageSpeed Optimization Expert

We are looking for an experienced Shopify specialist to work with us on an ongoing basis across multiple Shopify stores. The main goal is to regularly audit stores, identify CRO and performance issues, provide actionable recommendations, and implement approved improvements. Responsibilities 1. Shopify Store Audit Audit multiple Shopify stores every week Review homepage, collection pages, product pages, cart and mobile UX Identify conversion barriers and usability issues Review navigation, CTAs, product presentation, trust elements, reviews, offers and checkout journey 2. CRO Recommendations Provide practical, conversion-focused recommendations Prioritize issues based on potential impact Suggest improvements to UX, layout, content, CTAs and product pages Focus on changes that can realistically improve conversion rate and sales 3. PageSpeed & Performance Analyze stores using Google PageSpeed Insights Review Core Web Vitals Identify unnecessary apps, scripts and third-party resources Optimize images, CSS, JavaScript and Shopify Liquid where appropriate Improve mobile and desktop performance without damaging the design or functionality 4. Shopify Updates Implement approved CRO and performance improvements Modify Shopify Liquid, CSS and JavaScript when required Remove unnecessary code or optimize existing code Test all changes across desktop and mobile 5. Weekly Reporting For each store, provide: Issues identified Recommended improvements Changes completed Before/after PageSpeed results where applicable Remaining priority items Requirements Proven Shopify development experience Strong Shopify Liquid, CSS and JavaScript skills Practical CRO/e-commerce experience Experience with Google PageSpeed Insights and Core Web Vitals Ability to audit stores and also implement the recommended changes Strong attention to detail Good communication and reliable weekly availability This is not only an audit/reporting role. We need someone who can understand the problem, recommend the right solution, and implement the approved changes. This will be ongoing weekly work across multiple Shopify stores for the right person.
