Top Agency Seeks Full-Time Social Media Managers

We are seeking an expert Social Media Manager to join our team and manage the online presence of our top influencers/creators/brands. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, growth, and revenue for our clients. We are looking for someone to work full-time with us exclusively, without other gigs/clients/jobs - please only apply if this is something you are OK with! The pay will be $1,500.00 monthly base + generous performance bonuses/commissions, MUST WORK IN U.S. HOURS! Your Day-To-Day: Review all short form video content Deep understanding for content & what goes viral Post content to platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc..) Community engagement (commenting, DMs, etc..) Collaborate with management and editing team Attend team meetings via Zoom Daily (M-F) reporting Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices Requirements: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (2+ years) Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to analyze data and report on social media metrics to measure success. Ability to work on nights/weekends Schedule: Monday to Saturday Experience: Social media management: 2 years Pay: Starting pay of $1,500 monthly base + generous performance commissions FULLY Remote + flexible schedule!
