CareSet is a Houston-based healthcare analytics company working with Medicare and Medicaid claims data. We're looking for a graphic designer to provide ongoing, as-needed basis to produce conference materials, promotional graphics, and digital/print assets throughout the year. This is not a single-project role. We need a reliable designer we can call on repeatedly, sometimes with short turnaround windows around conference deadlines. What you'll work on: Conference booth graphics, banners, and signage Swag and print collateral (bag inserts, cards, one-pagers) Social media and LinkedIn graphics Email header images and landing page visuals Slide templates and presentation graphics Sales materials What we need from you: A portfolio showing clean, professional design work (B2B, corporate, or healthcare experience is a plus, not required) Comfort working from an established brand system and style guide, we'll provide colors, typography, and templates Fast turnaround on smaller requests (days, not weeks) Print-ready file preparation experience (bleeds, CMYK, vector formats) Responsive communication during active project windows Nice to have: Experience with trade show or conference materials Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Past work in pharma, healthcare, or data/analytics spaces Engagement type: Ongoing freelance, paid per project/hour as work comes in.
