U.S. Trademark/IP Attorney Needed – Trademark Applications + IP Agreement

We are a U.S. law firm seeking an experienced U.S.-licensed trademark/IP attorney for a client matter involving brand protection and a fiscal sponsorship agreement. Scope of work: Trademark clearance/search and identification of the appropriate USPTO class(es) and goods/services descriptions for two proposed marks. Preparation and filing of two U.S. federal trademark applications with the USPTO. Drafting or reviewing an agreement between the client’s company and a nonprofit fiscal sponsor. The agreement must protect the client’s ownership of its trademarks, curriculum, program materials, proprietary methods/processes, confidential information, and other intellectual property, and address payment/disbursement protections.
