REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE) - Licensed U.S. attorney in good standing with experience in trademark law. - Significant experience filing and prosecuting USPTO trademark applications. - Experience with consumer products, dietary supplements, food & beverage, or wellness brands preferred. - Able to conduct a comprehensive trademark clearance search. - Able to provide a written legal opinion regarding registrability. - Flat-fee pricing preferred. - Strong communication and responsiveness. PROJECT SCOPE We are seeking legal assistance with: - Comprehensive trademark clearance search. - Evaluation of potential conflicts. - Recommendation of the appropriate trademark classes and goods descriptions. - Preparation and filing of a federal USPTO Intent-to-Use trademark application. - Guidance through the registration process.
