Trademark Clearance Search & Filing (Paralegal-Level)

We're looking for someone experienced in trademark clearance searches, and potentially filing, to support a small business trademarking marks tied to a leadership/executive coaching brand. Scope: 1. Conduct a comprehensive clearance search for the marks 2. Search federal register (USPTO/TESS), common-law use, state trademark databases, and domain/social handle conflicts 3. Marks are for services (coaching, consulting, speaking) — Class 41/35 4. Deliver a structured written search report with findings and risk flags per mark 5. Depending on search results and budget, may also handle USPTO application filing for one or more marks. What we're looking for: 1. Trademark paralegal or IP research background (law firm experience a plus) 2. Proven experience running comprehensive (not just knockout) clearance searches 3. Experience preparing/filing USPTO trademark applications a plus 4. Sample of a past search report (and filing, if applicable) you can share 5.
