We need one specialist or firm who can handle all of the following under a single, fixed-fee engagement. No markups. No inflated rates. Referenceable clients required. Scope of Work: US Company Incorporation — Wyoming state, S Corp, Local Address Etc.. Bank Account - SVB USPTO Trademark Registration — Class 18 (leather goods, handbags, accessories) and Class 25 (footwear, apparel) USPTO Patent Filing — non-provisional patent applications for two footwear innovations (comfort construction technology and a proprietary locking mechanism), building on an already-filed Singapore IPOS provisional application. Have technical drawings and claim drafting to defensible depth for full USPTO prosecution WBENC Certification Support — Women's Business Enterprise National Council certification for the US entity (document preparation, application support, site visit preparation), prepare and submit on our behalf. What we need from you: Fixed-fee proposal only — itemised per activity. No hourly rates, no retainers, no open-ended billing Referenceable clients — we will ask for references. If you cannot provide them, do not apply.
