You must be a licensed US trademark attorney for this role. Credentials will be verified. I am looking for counsel to assist with efficient, low-lift execution of pre-litigation and pre-opposition correspondence. Scope of Work: Limited Scope Representation: We handle underlying research, drafting, and initial substantive review internally.Review & Transmission: Your role is to conduct the necessary cursory review of our pre-drafted letters to ensure compliance with your professional standards, place them on your letterhead, and transmit them to the opposing party. Compensation: We are offering a flat-rate budget per letter for this limited-scope review and transmission. Because these matters are in the pre-negotiation stage, successful execution may lead to an expanded scope of substantive representation and an increased budget for your firm down the line.
