Summary

I want someone to build an interface which uses waze and google maps to show traffic hot spots around Malta. THis is like a constant monitor, which can also show alerts and once operator takes action, alert is marked as "seen". System can also send whatsapp updates/emails. It can maybe also tell me when a new crash is reported on the google maps/waze etc. This will be used in a control room monitoring traffic.
