**AI Agents Trainer / Microsoft Copilot Studio Workshop for HR Leaders** We are looking for an experienced AI practitioner and trainer to help design and deliver a practical, hands-on workshop introducing AI agents to a nontechnical HR leadership audience. This is not a developer or highly technical audience. We are looking for someone who can translate AI concepts into plain language, connect them to real business workflows, and create an engaging learning experience that culminates in participants building their first AI agent. **What We're Looking For** The workshop should help participants: * Understand what AI agents are and how they differ from traditional AI/Copilot use * See practical examples of how agents are being used to automate or redesign knowledge work * Identify repetitive or process-driven work that could potentially be delegated to an AI agent * Understand the fundamentals of designing an effective agent * Receive hands-on instruction using Microsoft Copilot Studio * Design, build, test, and improve a simple functional agent * Leave with enough confidence and understanding to continue experimenting with agents independently **Audience** HR leaders and professionals with varying levels of AI experience. Participants are business users, not programmers or developers. The training needs to be approachable, interactive, and focused on practical application rather than technical theory. **Format** We anticipate approximately 1–5 hours of training and are open to recommendations from the selected trainer regarding the appropriate length and structure. I will lead the broader portion of our program connecting effective AI use to leadership and management skills. This engagement would focus specifically on AI agents, practical use cases, and the hands-on learning/building experience. **Ideal Background** We are particularly interested in someone who combines: * Hands-on experience building AI agents * Microsoft Copilot Studio experience * Strong presentation and facilitation skills * Experience teaching nontechnical business audiences * Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business applications * Experience with HR, shared services, or business process improvement is a plus When submitting a proposal, please briefly describe how you would structure the workshop, your recommended length, relevant training or facilitation experience, examples of agents or AI solutions you have built, and your estimated project cost. Our goal is not simply to teach participants how to use a new tool. We want them to begin thinking differently about how work can be designed—where AI can handle repetitive work and where people can spend more time on judgment, relationships, coaching, and strategic decision-making.
