Transcribe Content from an Old PDF

Summary

We are looking for someone to take a 156 page PDF and retype the content into an editable Word.doc with basic formatting. This PDF is made up of photocopies that are over 40 years old, and we have not had success with any tool that can read and compile the text. The PDF does include some maps and diagrams that will not need to be copied over.
