Transcribing Historical Electricity Usage Statistical Reports

You are required to identify and manually transcribe information contained in yearly government reports containing statistical information on electricity billing and usage across different cities and States in the United States between 1948 and 1988. You will be provided a PDF that contains information to transcribe, a series of Excel spreadsheets to input the relevant information, and a set of instructions which details all information that we would want to retrieve (if available). We intend to expand this project to a medium-to-long term partnership which could potentially entail a larger compensation, so we will be assessing your performance and output accuracy with this preliminary round of transcriptions. Attached, you can find the set of instructions for this task, an example of the Excel spreadsheets that you would be expected to fill out and deliver, and a PDF with an example of the type of pages that you would have to process.
