Travel Journey Manager (LATAM) | Travel Bookings

Journey Manager | Travel Booking Support Remote | LATAM-Based | Part-Time TWWU is a women-led travel company creating thoughtful travel experiences at the intersection of culture, community, and sustainable luxury. We are looking for a Journey Manager to support the planning, booking, and coordination of our custom and group trips. You must be based in Latin America and have professional travel planning experience to be considered. Requirements * Professional travel planning experience (REQUIRED) * Experience booking hotels, tours, transfers, activities, and other travel services * Experience communicating with hotels, guides, DMCs, and travel partners * Strong attention to detail and organization * Excellent written English * Ability to manage multiple trips, bookings, and deadlines at once * Strong research and problem-solving skills * Comfortable working independently and following established processes * Experience with TravelJoy, WeTravel, Monday.com, or similar travel/operations platforms is a plus Responsibilities * Plan and book components of custom and group trips * Research hotels, activities, tours, and transportation * Request and compare vendor quotes * Coordinate directly with hotels, guides, drivers, and DMCs * Book and confirm accommodations, transfers, tours, and activities * Track deposits, payments, confirmation numbers, deadlines, and cancellation policies * Update itineraries and internal booking systems * Double-check traveler details, dates, room categories, inclusions, and logistics * Prepare trips for departure and complete final booking checks * Troubleshoot booking changes and operational issues * Maintain accurate and organized trip documentation Compensation: * $7-$8 USD per hour * Approximately 10 hours per week to start * Fully remote * Opportunity for additional hours as the role grows How to Apply Please submit a brief 2 minute video sharing: * Your name and where you’re based * Your professional travel planning experience * Why you’re interested in joining The World Within Us Travels Please also attach your resume.
