Key Responsibilities: Call warm and new travel leads Leave professional voicemail and text follow-ups Answer questions about group trips and travel experiences Schedule consultation calls and info sessions Close travel bookings and collect deposits Assist with or host virtual info sessions (as needed) Accurately update lead notes and booking status Ideal Candidate: Confident, friendly, and persuasive communicator Comfortable selling travel experiences Organized and reliable with follow-ups Experience in sales, customer service, or travel preferred Comfortable using CRM systems, Zoom, and phone dialing tools
