Summary

Someone on Upwork designed the original campaign poster, but apparently is no longer available for hire on Upwork. The existing poster depicts the U.S. flag in red, white, and blue. It has two candidates' surnames in uppercase and the election year. What I need is for a designer to take the original poster and make three changes: the candidates' surnames and the year. Also delete a strange circle that partly overlaps the year.
