Summary

We are looking for an experienced truck dispatcher that is comfortable with tech for our trucking dispatch operation in the US. Instead of traditional manual dispatching, we use AI voice agents to call brokers, negotiate rates, and book loads. We need a reliable, industry expert to supervise the AI agent, handle exceptions, and be the human touchpoint for our carriers. Responsibilities include reviewing AI-booked loads, and being the main contact for carriers. Good communication is key as you'll interact directly with carriers.
