Serve Legal Storecheckers are recruiting a mystery shopping to complete an exam compliance audit. We are looking for people to complete an IELTS English-language test as a mystery shopper. The audit involves assessing the registration, check-in, identification and security procedures at the test centre. You will attend as a genuine test taker while carrying out several simple scenarios, such as having a phone, AirPods or smartwatch with you, presenting incorrect ID, or partially obscuring your face. The purpose is to assess whether test centre staff identify and respond appropriately to these situations and follow the correct security procedures.
