Turn a 1-Hour Workshop Video into Short-Form Clips for YouTube, IG, FB & LinkedIn
Worldwide
I'm a business coach and EOS Implementer, and I recently delivered a 1-hour virtual workshop for WBEC South called "From Bottleneck to Breakthrough: Getting Out of Your Own Way." It's full of practical, high-energy moments - and I want to turn it into a library of short-form clips that perform on social media. WHAT I NEED Take the full workshop recording and cut it into short-form vertical clips (roughly 30-90 seconds each) optimized for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and LinkedIn. In your proposal, tell me how many clips you'd deliver for this budget and why - I'd rather have your honest recommendation than a race to the biggest number. EACH CLIP SHOULD INCLUDE - A strong hook in the first 3 seconds (feel free to re-order or tease moments from later in the talk) - Burned-in captions styled to match my brand (I'll provide logos, colors, and fonts) - Clean cuts, punch-ins, and pacing that holds attention - no long static talking-head stretches - A clear CTA. Primary goal: drive viewers to my website to learn more. At least a few clips should end with an offer for a free copy of the book "Traction" by Gino Wickman - message me or visit the site to claim it - 9:16 vertical delivery; if a clip works better as 1:1 or 16:9 for LinkedIn, I'm open to your judgment CREATIVE FREEDOM - I MEAN IT You know what gets traction on these platforms better than I do. I'm giving you real latitude: pick the moments you think will perform, suggest hook copy, on-screen text, thumbnail frames, and posting captions with hashtags - whatever you believe will drive views and clicks. I'm hiring your judgment, not just your editing software. WHAT I'LL PROVIDE - The full 1-hour workshop video file - Brand assets: logo files, color palette, fonts - Website URL and CTA details - Fast feedback - I'll turn revisions around within 24-48 hours DELIVERABLES - Final clips in MP4, organized and named clearly - Source/project files (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, etc.) - One round of revisions per clip - Timeline: 2 weeks from receiving files TO APPLY, PLEASE INCLUDE 1. 2-3 examples of short-form clips you've cut from long-form talks, webinars, or podcasts (links please) 2. How many clips you'd deliver for $200 and your reasoning 3. One specific idea for how you'd hook viewers with content like this - this tells me more than anything else in your proposal If this first batch goes well, there's more where it came from: I speak and run workshops regularly, and I'm looking for a go-to editor for ongoing clip work.
