Tyler Technologies ERP Human Resources Subject Matter Expert (SME) Consultant

Elliott Group Consulting is seeking experienced Tyler Technologies ERP Human Resources Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for upcoming project-based public-sector engagements. Consultants may support Tyler ERP HR implementations, upgrades, system optimizations, business process improvements, configuration, testing, data migration and validation, training, go-live support, and ongoing advisory services. Areas of focus may include employee records, position control, benefits, payroll integrations, Employee Self Service, Applicant Tracking, Professional Development, Risk Management, Employee Expense Reimbursement, onboarding, and Time & Attendance. Ideal candidates will have strong public-sector HR experience and deep hands-on expertise with Tyler Technologies Enterprise ERP/Munis HR. Experience translating HR requirements into system configurations, supporting regulatory or union requirements, troubleshooting workflows, and collaborating across Payroll, Finance, and IT is highly desirable.
