UAE/DIFC Lawyer Required to Draft & Issue Formal Legal Notice

I am looking for a UAE/DIFC-qualified lawyer experienced in commercial contracts, real estate/investment disputes and DIFC arbitration to review my agreements and issue a formal legal notice to a Dubai-based company. The matter relates to an investment/underwriting arrangement where I have made substantial payments under signed agreements. There are ongoing issues regarding settlement/refund and contractual obligations, and I now want to formally put the company on notice and seek resolution before considering arbitration. Scope of work: Review the relevant agreements and key correspondence/payment records. Identify the relevant contractual clauses and my legal position. Draft a strong but professional formal Legal Notice / Demand Letter. Clearly set out the amounts due, contractual obligations and required resolution. Include an appropriate deadline for response/payment. Issue/send the notice formally on the lawyer's letterhead to the company. Advise briefly on the next steps if the company fails to comply. Important: I am not looking to commence arbitration at this stage. The immediate requirement is a professionally drafted and legally sound notice intended to achieve settlement before taking further legal action. Budget: Please provide your fixed fee for the above scope. I am looking for a cost-effective option and would prefer a fixed-fee arrangement rather than hourly billing.
