UGC Creator — Film Short Videos - Base Salary + Commission (US Only, Ongoing)

We're a US social media company making short videos in the shopping and money-saving space. We're building a team of on-camera creators for ongoing, long-term work. What you'd do: - Film short vertical videos (15–45 seconds) of yourself talking to camera. Phone only. No studio, no gear, no editing. - Set up a fresh TikTok and Instagram for this work (we walk you through it) and post one video a day to each. - Follow the script and shot guide we send. We tell you exactly what to say and how to film it. What we give you: - Scripts and hooks, written for you - Shot guides and templates for every video - Our playbook on what's actually working in this niche right now - A Slack channel with our team for daily feedback How you get paid: - Base Salary + Commission on Video Performance What you need: - Live in the United States - Comfortable talking /being on camera with your face showing - iPhone to film on - 2 devices - one to film with and one to film the website (a computer or second phone works!) - Willing to run new TikTok and Instagram accounts just for this work - Can post 7 videos a week - Answers messages daily You do not need: a following, editing skills, or any past experience.
