**UGC Creator Needed for Real Estate Facebook Ads (Real People Only, NO AI Actors) - Raw Footage** We're looking for a real UGC creator to record authentic, selfie-style videos for our real estate Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. **Please note:** We are only accepting real, on-camera UGC creators. AI-generated avatars, AI voiceovers, synthetic videos, or any AI-created content will not be considered. ## Project Details • Industry: Real Estate • Usage: Paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram • Estimated filming time: Approximately 2 hours • Filming style: Natural iPhone selfie-style videos that feel authentic and conversational, as if you're talking to a friend. Avoid making the videos feel overly scripted or like a commercial. • Delivery: Raw footage only (no editing required) • Timeline: Flexible ## What You'll Be Recording You'll receive 3 different scripts, each approximately 30–40 seconds long. Each script will be recorded in 3 different locations (for example: inside your home, outside, in your car, office, or another natural setting). The script itself will stay exactly the same. The only thing that changes is the filming location and the overall setting to create more variety for our ad creatives. To help the videos feel more authentic, we encourage natural camera movement whenever it makes sense. Walking while talking, slightly moving the phone, changing your angle naturally, or filming in locations with some background activity are all great ways to make the content feel more dynamic. We want the videos to look like genuine UGC, not a polished commercial. It's perfectly okay to glance away from the camera naturally from time to time, just as you would during a normal conversation. The goal is to sound relaxed and authentic rather than feeling like you're reading from a script. ## Wardrobe We recommend a clean, professional, business casual look. Since each script is filmed in 3 different locations, we'd like you to wear a different shirt in each location. You can absolutely reuse the same shirts throughout the project, as long as each location has a different look.
