UGC Creator research & outreach assistant

We're a new UK drinks brand launching next month. We're recruiting around 30 content creators — women in their 40s and 50s — to send free product to in exchange for short videos we can use in our ads. We want to try to convert these people to become part of our afflilate program. We have a list of about 200 candidates already researched, with a broader database of 4/5000. We need someone to work through it properly and handle the outreach. What you'd do Check each candidate against 5 criteria (UK-based, right age bracket, posts talk-to-camera video in the last 30 days, real engagement, no disqualifiers). This means actually opening their Instagram or TikTok and looking — it can't be done from the spreadsheet. Write one specific line about each person — something you genuinely noticed in their videos. This becomes the opening line of their message. It's the single most important part of the job. Send the outreach from our email, using our template plus your personalised line. Follow up on day 3–4 and day 7–8. Log everything in our Notion database: contacted, replied, what they said. Anything involving money or someone saying yes gets passed to me. What you need Excellent written English.
