Simple Filing helps Americans order vital records (birth certificates and related documents) online. We're building an always-on library of short-form ad creative and need a US-based creator who can produce UGC-style AI videos at volume. THE WORK You'll produce 30-second (±3s) vertical videos using AI avatar and AI voice tools — HeyGen, Arcads, Creatify, Captions, or your preferred stack. No live filming required. We supply the offer, key messages, and compliance guardrails; you supply the hook, script, casting, edit, and captions. This starts at 10+ videos per month and grows if the creative performs. We're looking for a long-term partner, not a one-off gig. WHAT YOU DELIVER PER VIDEO - 1 finished 30s vertical video, 9:16, 1080x1920, MP4, H.264 - Realistic AI avatar with natural delivery — not stiff, not obviously templated - Burned-in captions, clean audio mix, licensed or royalty-free music - A written script and hook variant supplied for approval BEFORE production - Native raw project file or a re-editable version on request COMPLIANCE — PLEASE READ We are a private service, not a government agency. Scripts can never state or imply that we are a government office, guarantee approval or processing times, or use official-looking seals, government logos, or ".gov" styling. Creators who understand advertising claim safety will do very well here. ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA (DEFINITION OF DONE) A video is accepted when all of the following are true: 1. Runtime is 30 seconds ±3 seconds, 9:16 vertical, 1080x1920, delivered as MP4/H.264 under 200MB. 2. The script was approved in writing by us before production, and the final video matches the approved script. 3. Zero government-affiliation implications, no guaranteed-outcome or guaranteed-timeline claims, no government seals/logos/.gov styling. 4. Captions are burned in, accurate, and readable on mobile with no text in platform-unsafe zones. 5. Audio is clipping-free and level-matched; all music and stock is cleared for paid commercial advertising use. 6. Video passes Meta and TikTok ad policy review without rejection on creative grounds. 7. Delivered by the agreed date, with source/project files provided on request. 8. Up to two rounds of minor revisions are included in the per-video rate. RATE AND TERMS $50 per approved 30-second video to start, paid via milestones. Rate increases toward $100 per video for creators who consistently deliver top-performing creative and reliable turnaround. Contract is US-only — you must be located in the United States. Please do not apply if you are outside the US or plan to subcontract overseas.
