Summary

I'm looking for an experienced AI UGC Video Ads Creator/Coach to teach me, step-by-step, how to create high-quality AI-generated UGC ads for Meta. I run e-commerce brands primarily in the men's fashion and footwear niche, and I'm looking for someone who already has strong experience creating AI UGC/direct-response video ads — ideally for fashion, footwear, or similar e-commerce products. This is primarily a coaching/training role. I don't just want someone to create the videos for me. I want to work together over screen share while you teach me your complete process from start to finish, explain your creative decisions, and help me improve my own workflow. Tools I'll Be Using My main workflow will be built around: Higgsfield — Video generation (Seedance or Kling) Claude / ChatGPT — customer research, image generation, concepts, angles, scripts, hooks, storyboarding, and prompting CapCut — final editing, captions, audio, pacing, and assembly Experience with these tools is highly preferred. I'm open to learning additional tools if they genuinely improve the workflow, but I want the training to primarily focus on getting the most out of the tools above. What I Want to Learn I already have access to real customer and advertising data for my products, including information such as customer age, gender, demographics, winning creatives, and ad performance. I'm not looking for someone to determine this data from scratch. I want to learn how to take this existing information and use AI effectively to develop and produce strong UGC video ads. This includes: Taking my existing product, customer, and ad performance data and inputting it effectively into Claude/ChatGPT Using AI to turn that data into customer insights, problems, desires, angles, and strong video ideas Developing multiple TOF UGC concepts based on those insights rather than generic AI-generated ideas Learning how to work back and forth with Claude/ChatGPT to refine, challenge, and improve concepts rather than simply accepting the first ideas it generates Selecting strong problem-led or desire-led concepts appropriate for the product Writing a strong main body/script for the selected concept Developing 5–6 strong hooks that can be tested with the same main body Planning the visual story and individual scenes so the ad is genuinely engaging and not simply the same AI model in different environments Creating a customer avatar/model that visually matches the target audience Generating consistent images of the model and product from multiple angles Creating scene/storyboard images where appropriate Creating and using first/last keyframes to have more control over AI video generation Turning the concept, storyboard, and script into effective Higgsfield/video-generation prompts Directing realistic actions, movements, expressions, and emotions Getting dialogue and voice delivery to sound natural and consistent Achieving authentic self-shot/iPhone-style UGC rather than overly cinematic or commercial-looking AI footage Getting camera quality, camera movement, framing, lighting, and overall visual style right Maintaining product and character consistency throughout the video Knowing when to use direct-to-camera dialogue, voiceover, B-roll, product shots, etc. Editing everything together in CapCut with good pacing, cuts, captions, audio, sound effects, and transitions Reviewing failed AI generations and understanding why they didn't work and how to fix/regenerate them Creating multiple hook variations around the same winning body/concept What I'm Looking For I'm not looking for someone who simply knows how to write AI prompts or generate cinematic AI videos. You should have a strong understanding of direct-response Meta advertising and UGC creative, including: TOF creative Hooks and retention Customer problems and desires Problem-led and desire-led concepts Visual storytelling Problem → solution structures Native social/UGC camera style Natural creator performances Dialogue and voice delivery Pacing and editing Product positioning Creative testing and iteration The goal is for the finished videos to feel like engaging native UGC/social content filmed on a phone, rather than polished AI commercials. I can follow instructions and use the tools. The main area I need help with is understanding how to properly direct and prompt the AI so the concept, scenes, dialogue, emotions, camera style, and finished video all come together as a strong Meta ad. How I'd Like to Work I'd like to do live screen-share sessions where we take one of my real products and build an ad together from scratch. I want to be taken through the complete workflow: Existing Product & Customer Data → Customer Problems/Desires → Angles → Concepts → Script → 5–6 Hooks → Storyboard → Avatar/Product Images → Keyframes → AI Video Generation → CapCut Editing → Finished Meta Ad I want you to explain why you're making each decision rather than simply giving me prompts to copy and paste. Ideally, I'll be doing the work alongside you so I can understand the process and eventually reproduce it myself. I'm happy to do multiple paid sessions if you're a good fit. There may also be opportunities for ongoing work creating AI video ads for our brands if everything goes well. IMPORTANT — Please Include With Your Application Please send 2–3 of your best finished AI UGC/video ad examples. If you have a Google Drive, portfolio folder, or shared link containing multiple videos, even better — feel free to send that instead. I'm particularly interested in seeing work you've personally created for: Men's fashion Men's footwear Fashion/apparel E-commerce products Meta/Facebook direct-response advertising I'm specifically looking for UGC/native social-style ads, not just polished or cinematic brand commercials. Also briefly tell me: Which AI tools you currently use. Your experience with Higgsfield, Claude/ChatGPT, and CapCut. Whether you can teach your full workflow live over screen share. Your experience with Meta/direct-response creative. How you typically go from existing customer/product data → concept → script → storyboard → AI generation → finished ad. Please do not apply without examples of relevant work you've personally created.
