We’re looking for a skilled video editor who specializes in short-form social content. We’ll provide the raw footage, and you’ll be responsible for turning it into polished, engaging videos for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, hooks, music, captions, and current editing styles. We’re looking for someone who can review raw footage, identify the strongest moments, and shape them into content that feels intentional, elevated, and aligned with our brand. Responsibilities include: Editing raw footage into compelling short-form videos Identifying strong hooks, storylines, and standout moments Adding music, captions, graphics, and transitions where appropriate Creating multiple pieces of content from longer filming sessions Following brand guidelines while bringing a creative point of view Delivering polished, platform-ready files on schedule
