# UGC On-Camera Creator — Female Talent We’re looking for a confident, natural **female UGC creator / on-camera personality** for upcoming short-form social media content. This role is focused primarily on **on-camera delivery**. We’re looking for someone who feels comfortable, credible, and engaging on Instagram Reels and TikTok without sounding overly scripted or like a traditional commercial spokesperson. ### What We’re Looking For * Female on-camera creator * Strong, natural speaking presence * Comfortable delivering short scripted talking points * Authentic UGC / creator-style delivery * Clear audio and good basic lighting/setup * Able to take creative direction and provide multiple takes when needed * Reliable communication and turnaround ### Audition / Test Selected applicants will be asked to record a **very short unpaid on-camera test** using a provided script. This is strictly a casting test to present privately to the client and **will not be posted, published, or used as final campaign content**. The client will select the creator who feels like the strongest fit for the brand. ### Ongoing Opportunity The selected creator will be hired for the paid project, with the potential for **ongoing and long-term collaboration** as additional UGC and social campaigns are developed.
