It is not a part-time, freelance, or short-term assignment. The selected developer must: Work a minimum of 40 hours each week. Be available five working days per week. Maintain dependable daily overlap with U.S. Eastern Time. Attend scheduled video meetings and demonstrations. Provide a written progress report every working day. Respond promptly during agreed working hours. Disclose outside work that could create a conflict of interest. Dedicate the agreed full-time working schedule to MUYIZZI PUBLICATIONS. Be available to begin immediately. Position Summary MUYIZZI PUBLICATIONS is seeking a senior Lead Go Developer and Google Cloud Vertex AI Platform Architect to lead the full-time development of a secure, scalable, AI-powered platform. The platform will contain five connected systems: AI Book Authoring Studio Publishing and Sales CRM Learning Management System and Examination Platform AI Video Production and Streaming Studio Healthcare Operations Platform with CRM, HR, internal EHR, and external EHR integrations A shared AI Agent Factory will support all five systems. The platform must allow authorized users to enter structured information and generate controlled forms, database fields, workflows, dashboards, reports, applications, and AI-agent configurations. The developer must understand that Go is a programming language and is not automatically HIPAA compliant. HIPAA readiness requires appropriate agreements, architecture, security controls, access management, audit logging, policies, risk assessments, testing, and operational safeguards. Day 1 Deliverables The selected developer must begin technical work on the first working day and: Review the existing Google Cloud infrastructure. Confirm the correct development project and billing account. Configure budgets, alerts, and cost monitoring. Enable Vertex AI and required Google Cloud APIs. Configure the appropriate development region. Create a secure Go application that calls an approved Vertex AI model. Demonstrate a successful response from Vertex AI. Confirm that no real PHI is being used. Review or organize the GitHub repository. Document all work completed. Report any access, billing, security, or technical blockers immediately. First 72-Hour Deliverables Create the dedicated Go runtime service account. Deploy the first Go service to Cloud Run. Configure Secret Manager, Cloud Logging, and Monitoring. Avoid permanent downloaded service-account keys. Establish the initial automated build and deployment process. Create the first PostgreSQL or Cloud SQL database structure. Deliver the main technical architecture. Produce a security and HIPAA-readiness gap report. Create the prioritized product backlog. Identify work requiring additional security, clinical, frontend, or interoperability specialists. First-Week Deliverables Establish the multi-tenant platform foundation. Begin identity, organization, role, and permission management. Create the first AI Agent Factory prototype. Create the first Book Authoring Studio workflow. Demonstrate document creation, storage, versioning, review, and approval. Establish automated tests and audit logging. Create the foundation for Google, OpenAI, and Adobe integrations. Present a working demonstration to the founder. Maintain complete technical documentation. Primary Responsibilities Google Cloud and Vertex AI Configure Google Cloud and Vertex AI correctly. Build backend services primarily in Go. Deploy secure applications to Cloud Run. Use Cloud SQL/PostgreSQL, Cloud Storage, Secret Manager, Cloud KMS, IAM, Logging, Monitoring, Pub/Sub, Cloud Tasks, and Workflows. Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform. Establish separate development, staging, and production environments. Configure budgets, quotas, alerts, and cost controls. Prepare the architecture for future HIPAA-regulated workloads. Self-Building CRM Platform Build a metadata-driven system that generates forms, fields, workflows, permissions, dashboards, reports, and agent configurations. Require automated validation and security testing. Provide staging previews before production deployment. Require human approval for sensitive changes. Maintain version history and rollback capabilities. Prevent AI agents from independently changing production code, permissions, financial data, examinations, publications, or health records. AI Book Authoring Studio Build structured textbook planning and writing workflows. Support chapter development, citations, references, editing, quality assurance, and approvals. Create AI agents for writing, continuity, APA 7 review, citation verification, editing, and formatting. Support Word, PDF, EPUB, and other publishing-ready formats. Prevent fabricated references and unsupported clinical claims. Maintain document version history, comments, and approval records. Publishing and Sales CRM Manage books, authors, editors, contractors, customers, ISBNs, contracts, schedules, approvals, and publication status. Track books from planning through editing, design, publication, distribution, and sales. Support authorized payment, subscription, licensing, invoicing, and royalty integrations. Create production, revenue, quality, and deadline dashboards. LMS and Examination Platform Build courses, lessons, enrollment, progress tracking, certificates, and instructor dashboards. Support exam scheduling, question banks, randomized tests, grading, rationales, remediation, and reporting. Create controlled AI tutors and examination-support agents. Prepare the platform for future identity verification and proctoring integrations. AI Video Studio Build video uploading, recording, captioning, transcription, editing, processing, storage, and secure streaming. Integrate approved Google and Adobe video-generation services. Support lectures, book promotions, demonstrations, and healthcare training. Generate transcripts, captions, summaries, thumbnails, and multilingual versions. Protect copyrighted, confidential, and healthcare-related content. AI Agent Factory Build reusable agents for writing, publishing, education, examinations, video, customer service, reporting, compliance support, and operations. Implement agent permissions, tool restrictions, evaluations, monitoring, and audit trails. Require human approval for high-risk actions. Prevent agents from releasing publications, issuing certificates, deploying code, changing permissions, or modifying health records without authorization. OpenAI and Adobe Integrations Integrate OpenAI through approved organizational API projects. Never use personal ChatGPT passwords or browser sessions as application integrations. Integrate approved Adobe Express, Firefly, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat/PDF services. Store all credentials in Google Secret Manager. Implement permission, cost, data-routing, and audit controls. Block PHI from external services unless the exact service and contract have been approved. Healthcare, HR, and EHR Preparation Prepare the platform for healthcare CRM and HR functionality. Support employee onboarding, credential tracking, scheduling, training, and compliance. Design future internal EHR functions using recognized healthcare standards. Support external EHR connections using FHIR, SMART on FHIR, HL7, and authorized vendor APIs. Work with healthcare compliance, clinical informatics, legal, and security specialists. Never place real PHI in development or testing environments without written authorization. Required Qualifications At least five years of professional software-development experience. Strong production experience with Go. Strong Google Cloud Platform experience. Hands-on Vertex AI, Gemini, generative AI, or AI-agent experience. Experience with Cloud Run, PostgreSQL, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, IAM, Secret Manager, Logging, and Monitoring. Experience with Docker, Terraform, REST APIs, automated testing, and CI/CD. Experience designing multi-tenant SaaS platforms. Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, service accounts, and workload identity. Ability to work full-time and start immediately. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain technical decisions to a non-developer project leader. Preferred Qualifications Experience with HIPAA-regulated applications. Knowledge of FHIR, SMART on FHIR, HL7, or EHR integrations. LMS or examination-platform experience. Publishing or document-automation experience. Video generation, FFmpeg, media processing, or streaming experience. OpenAI and Adobe API integration experience. Experience leading distributed development teams. Mandatory Security and Ownership Requirements The developer must: Sign confidentiality and intellectual-property agreements. Follow least-privilege security principles. Never place credentials in source code. Never copy company information into personal accounts. Never introduce real PHI without written authorization. Maintain audit logs for sensitive actions. Document all cloud resources, APIs, dependencies, and deployments. Commit authorized work to company-controlled repositories. Ensure MUYIZZI PUBLICATIONS owns all source code, documentation, infrastructure configurations, and work products. Return or remove access immediately when instructed. Paid Technical Evaluation Final candidates may be required to complete a short paid technical evaluation before receiving the full-time offer. The evaluation may require the candidate to: Build a small Go service. Connect the service securely to Vertex AI. Deploy it to Cloud Run. Use a dedicated service account without downloading a permanent JSON key. Add structured logging and basic tests. Document the deployment process. No confidential information or PHI may be used during the evaluation. Important Notice This is an urgent, full-time senior technical leadership position.
