URGENT: Licensed PE - Review & Seal Completed Structural Package (Container Duplex) - NM/TX

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) needed to review and seal a COMPLETE structural package for a 40-ft shipping-container duplex (park model pathway + IRC R-3 modular recovery pathway). This is a review-and-seal engagement, not design work: structural calcs (ASCE 7 wind Cat C 115/140 mph, gravity, transport loads, anchor capacities), steel GA drawings, and the full 27-sheet architectural set are done and delivered on day one - produced by our structural engineer and CAD team. Scope: independent review, one round of correction comments, and your PE seal under an active NEW MEXICO and/or TEXAS license (both ideal - flag which you hold). Arizona and Utah licensure also valuable for upcoming phases. Engineer-of-Record on the sealed structural items. PRICE IS FIRM: $500 fixed, lump sum, total - for the independent review, one round of correction comments, and your seal. This price is possible because the engineering is COMPLETE - you are reviewing and sealing a finished, coordinated package, not producing one. Timeline is the whole point: we need commitment to a 5-7 day turnaround from award.
