URGENT: Performance Creative Video Editor Needed (Paid Social Experience Required)

I’m looking for a freelance editor who specializes in creating high-performing paid social ads, not just editing videos. There is an approved script. I need someone who can take raw video footage, photos, and existing assets and determine the strongest creative execution for a paid social campaign. I’m looking for someone who thinks like a creative strategist as much as an editor. I need someone who can evaluate the available assets and recommend the best approach - whether that’s a talking-head edit, a montage, or another concept - and create an engaging ad optimized for performance.
