URGENT - Pool Rendering For Residential Property - 24 Hr Turnaround Required

TIME-SENSITIVE PROJECT: Final rendering must be delivered within 24 hours of hire. Please apply only if you can meet this deadline. I need a simple, accurate 2D scaled site plan prepared for a residential property using the county/assessor parcel information and the pool plan/rendering I will provide. This project was previously paused and is now being reposted with a 24-hour turnaround requirement. Prior applicants are welcome to reapply if available to meet the current deadline. The property is a corner lot approximately 110.3' × 90'. I need the proposed pool accurately overlaid on the site plan at its intended location. Pool dimensions: approximately 14' × 27' Required layout: show the pool with approximately 15' setback on one side, 23' on the other side, and 6' clearance around the pool, consistent with the materials I provide. The finished plan should clearly show: - Property/lot boundaries and dimensions - Existing house footprint - Existing patio or other relevant improvements visible from the source materials - Proposed 14' × 27' pool, drawn to scale - Dimensions from the pool to the house and applicable property lines - Relevant setbacks and clearances - North arrow and drawing scale - Clean labels and dimensions suitable for submitting plan to the city and discussing the proposed pool location with contractors and other professionals This is intended as a basic conceptual site plan only. I am not requesting engineering, structural calculations, or construction drawings. Deliverables: - PDF plus editable DWG/AutoCAD file. Turnaround: - Need within 24 hours.
