URGENT – Seeking for a Hawaii-licensed real estate attorney

We are urgently looking for a Hawaii-licensed real estate attorney, preferably someone experienced with real estate transactions, property exchanges, conveyancing, title/escrow, and non-cash property transfers. Transaction: Two neighboring property owners have agreed to a land-for-land exchange. There is no traditional cash purchase. Each party will convey one parcel to the other, and one party will also complete specified road/property improvements as additional consideration. We already have the following documents drafted: • Improvement Agreement • Two Warranty Deeds • Performance Mortgage securing the improvement obligations We need an attorney who can: • Review the existing documents • Advise on the proper legal structure for the land exchange • Determine whether purchase/exchange agreements are needed • Address the non-cash consideration and improvement obligations • Coordinate the transaction requirements with title/escrow • Ensure the deeds and Performance Mortgage can be properly executed and recorded in Hawaii Location: Hawaii County / Big Island preferred, but any Hawaii-licensed attorney with the appropriate experience is welcome. ⏰ This is time-sensitive and we are looking to speak with someone immediately.
