Seeking a qualified immigration attorney to provide legal consultancy for U.S. immigration matters. The role includes reviewing cases, advising on visa options, preparing documentation, and offering guidance on compliance and next steps. Experience handling immigration-related legal issues and delivering clear, practical counsel is important. This is a part-time, ongoing engagement for someone who can support clients through the immigration process with accuracy and professionalism. The goal of the consultancy is to prepare a plan of what the most convenient next steps are so I can enter the U.S. with a high probability of having no issues. If it is that, using my actual visa or getting a new visa or whatever thing we can do. My idea is to travel back and forth to the U.S. and Venezuela because my base and residency is going to be Venezuela.
