USA Tax Accountant

We are an Australian and New Zealand based technology group with a small Delaware registered entity. Very low transaction volume, no employees, no US premises. Books are maintained in Xero and are up to date. We need a US CPA or Enrolled Agent to prepare and e-file our returns. Scope Review the trial balance and general ledger in Xero and raise any queries Prepare the federal return, including Form 5472 and all schedules required for a foreign owned entity Prepare the Delaware franchise tax filing and annual report Flag anything outside this scope before you begin Provide the returns for our review and signature, then e-file Send filing confirmations plus a short summary of tax payable, due dates, and how to pay Requirements Active US CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent with a valid PTIN, able to e-file as a paid preparer Experience with foreign owned US entities and Form 5472 Comfortable working in Xero Clear written English, responsive across time zones Engagement Fixed price preferred. Please quote a fixed fee for the scope above and your hourly rate for anything outside it. Small job, clean books, ongoing annual engagement available if this goes well.
