Unity 6 HDRP realistic lighting and graphics implementation

Summary

Hi, I am looking for a designer / developer in Unity 6 HDRP who can create very realistic graphics and lighting for a Multiplayer FPS game. We tried to polish the graphics ourselves, but it stays looking flat and cheap. Might need to create a custom solution to achieve better realism. We have a few FPS level designs and we need to set them up production ready and have a general graphic settings we use for multiple level designs. Expectations are high! Please do not respond if you do not have experience with it. Would like to see a good experienced portfolio!
