Unity to Roblox Asset Pipeline Expert (Create SOP + Training)

We are looking for an experienced Unity and Roblox technical artist or developer to help us establish a reliable asset import pipeline. Your responsibilities will include: * Analyze our current Unity asset structure. * Create a detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for exporting assets from Unity and importing them into Roblox Studio. * Ensure imported assets maintain: * Correct scale and proportions * Position and alignment * Rotation/orientation * Pivot points * Hierarchy (where applicable) * Materials and textures (if supported) * Explain the best export/import settings (FBX or other recommended formats). * Document common issues and how to avoid them. * Conduct a live training session (approximately 1–2 hours) with one of our team members, explaining the complete workflow and answering questions. ## Deliverables * Step-by-step SOP document (PDF or Google Docs). * Recommended export/import settings. * Live knowledge transfer to our candidate. ## Required Skills * Strong experience with Unity. * Strong experience with Roblox Studio. * Knowledge of FBX export/import workflows. * Understanding of coordinate systems, scaling, pivots, and asset optimization. * Good communication skills in English. ## Nice to Have * Experience migrating complete environments from Unity to Roblox. * Experience with Blender or Maya. * Previous documentation or pipeline creation experience.
