We are seeking a skilled freelancer to update our ecommerce PHP X-Cart Skin to a modern design. The ideal candidate will have experience in PHP and web design, with a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms. The project involves redesigning the existing skin to enhance user experience to an updated modern look which I will supply you with. All website pages must be updated to give the site a consistency. You must completely understand X-Cart PHP code and graphic web design. Also, you must be able to generate AI graphics as necessary. The attached file is an "example" of the upgrade we are looking for. You can visit the current site to see the current design.
