Upwork Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Upwork Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Upwork account, identifying high-quality project opportunities, submitting winning proposals, communicating with potential clients, and converting leads into long-term business relationships. Responsibilities: 1. Manage the company's Upwork profile on a daily basis. 2. Search and identify relevant projects that match our services. 3. Write customized, high-converting proposals. 4. Communicate with potential clients and respond to inquiries promptly. 5. Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls with the internal teams 6. Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships. 7. Track proposals, leads, and conversions using CRM or spreadsheets. 8. Work closely with the sales and project management teams to achieve business goals. 9. Stay updated with Upwork best practices, bidding strategies, and platform policies. Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience managing Upwork accounts. 2. Proven experience generating leads and winning projects through Upwork. 3. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. 4. Strong proposal writing and client communication skills. 5. Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions. 6. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Preferred: 1. Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or agency services. 2. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management. 3. Experience working with US or international clients. 4. Knowledge of sales pipelines, client onboarding, and account management.
