Upwork Marketer for Web/Marketing Agency

I'm currently Top-Rated Plus with 100% positive feedback on Upwork, and I'm looking for someone to assist me with lead generation for new deals so I can continue to grow my client base for our agency. My goal is not to hire me as much as it is to brand the agency and leverage my profile to introduce other team members as well. The goal would be to generate at least one good lead per day. In the past, I was able to generate 2-3 per day if I spend around 2-3 hours monitoring new job posts while working on other projects though I understand things have changed with AI and folks are looking for different things. Part of the interview would be for you to share your thoughts on what's feasible given today's market for full-stack developers and compensation. I'm not looking to train someone to do this for me and train on vocabulary. Ideally I can discuss with you the tech that we use, and your already know about the names of tech/languages for custom web app development (SaaS, CRMs, ERPs, etc), Anthropic SDK, RAG, etc.. We could work out a deal where the commission on the business compensates you enough to where this could scale into a well-paying part-time job. I have a good template for certain types of deals, but I need someone with a full-stack / technical background to provide some consultation/direction when replying to a job post. I have an AI agent who can assist with the writing and some other tools as well. So, I'm hoping to find someone with a tech background and the ability to market for new business. Your main goal would be to line up the deals and then schedule the meetings with me (I can provide my calendar link for bookings though there's a 4-5 hours window that I try to make myself available) so I that either myself or my agency can help our new client with their WordPress/Shopify projects. I'm interested in paying a baseline hourly rate plus commission for any new business you generate. It would be essential to work during US hours so you can quickly reply, schedule the meetings, and notify me directly via DM in case I miss the chat in Upwork. After driving some decent WordPress/Shopify business, though our main focus is on full-stack web app as well as integrating Anthropic, OpenAI SDKs, to create custom agents, RAG, We're a 10+ year old agency and already have a good team in place so we can scale up nicely.
