Urgent CallRail + VoIP Routing Specialist — Multi-Location Phone System Cleanup

We are a 20+ location senior living business migrating our phone systems and building out our sales functions nationwide. We currently use CallRail and need to implement a flow involving UniFi, answering services (ie. TeleDirect / Ruby), and CallRail for vanity lines and tracking — with a predetermined flow so that no calls go unanswered. The majority of users are on UniFi, but we'll also need to integrate RingCentral to get certain users into the ecosystem (and make sure we can add them into the flow). We need someone experienced who can audit all numbers, test every number, and clean up the system to be scalable moving forward. Also help make sure all calls show proper caller ID, get text messaging set up and enabled, etc. You'll also play a role in working with our CRM (Aline CRM) to make sure calls are logged and attributed correctly.
