Urgent: Fix Matrix Synapse Docker setup (unhealthy container) & configure Caddy

Hi, I have a Hetzner VPS running Ubuntu 26.04 LTS. I set up Matrix Synapse, PostgreSQL, and Caddy using Docker Compose, but the "matrix-synapse-1" container keeps restarting and shows as "Up (unhealthy)" due to a database connection timeout/refusal. I need an expert Linux System Administrator to: 1. Fix the Docker Compose config so Matrix Synapse runs healthy. 2. Register a new admin user for me (username: admin / password will be provided). 3. Quickly adjust the Caddyfile so the main domain (comiteempresawingshandling.es) points to a local static folder for a future html website, while handling Matrix traffic in the background.
