[Urgent] Norwegian validation moderator (NORWAY ONLY) - Individual Interviews

I need someone from Norway who speaks Norwegian and English fluently to be the moderator of meetings that will be used to validate some translated documents. The meetings must be completed by August 12th at the latest. The moderator will be responsible for finding the participants and conducting individual meetings with them via Zoom (or any other software), with audio-only recording. You will read the items from each file and ask each participant some questions about them. Each meeting should last approximately 45–60 minutes. After the meetings, you will be responsible for filling out the reports with the suggestions made by the participants, both in English and in your language, and sending me the validated documents along with the meeting recordings. The participants must be native Norwegian speakers from Norway, with a balanced mix of men and women when there is more than one participant. You can find just 1 participant or up to 5 participants. The payment will be $100 for conducting the meetings, and the more participants you are able to recruit, the more you will earn. I will provide further instructions to the person I hire. If everything goes well, there are opportunities for future projects like this one.
