Urgent QuickBooks Online Expert — Integrations, Cleanup & P&Ls

We need an experienced QuickBooks Online specialist with immediate availability to complete an urgent bookkeeping and data-reconciliation project. This is approximately 10 hours of work. You must be able to start today and finish by Sunday, July 19, at 12:00 PM Pacific Time. Our QuickBooks Online account contains multiple businesses that are separated using the Location filter. Some connected data sources appear to be missing transactions from the last 30–60 days. Accuracy is critical: information must be assigned to the correct account, company/location, and transaction category. SCOPE OF WORK - Audit our QuickBooks Online account and identify missing or disconnected data sources. - Connect or restore the required bank, credit-card, Stripe, Shopify, PayPal, Rho, and other relevant data feeds. - Recover and reconcile missing transactions from the last 30–60 days. - Check carefully for duplicates before importing or accepting transactions. - Assign every transaction to the correct business using the existing QuickBooks Location structure. - Categorize transactions accurately and consistently with our existing chart of accounts. - Reconcile affected accounts through the reporting cutoff date. - Classify transactions directly when the correct treatment is clear. - Flag transfers, reimbursements, owner or related-party transactions, intercompany activity, and unclear items for approval rather than making unsupported assumptions. - Produce finalized, up-to-date Profit and Loss statements for each business/location covering the last 30 days and the last 60 days. - Provide a concise completion report describing what was connected, recovered, classified, reconciled, and flagged for review. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Advanced QuickBooks Online experience. - Strong experience managing multiple businesses or divisions using QuickBooks Locations. - Proven ability to troubleshoot bank feeds and third-party integrations. - Strong bookkeeping, reconciliation, transaction-classification, and P&L reporting experience. - Extremely high attention to detail. - Technically capable and comfortable troubleshooting integration issues. - Concise, direct, and responsive communicator. - Available to begin immediately and work through the weekend if necessary. - Upwork Job Success Score of at least 90%. - At least $10,000 earned on Upwork preferred. IMPORTANT This is not a basic data-entry project. We need someone who can diagnose missing information, restore data connections, verify completeness, reconcile the results, and produce accurate location-specific financial reports under a tight deadline.
