Urgent Quickbooks Reconciliation Specialist For Complex 2025 Close

I need an experienced QuickBooks Online bookkeeper to help complete my corporation’s 2025 books for my accountant. This is a short-term but detailed reconciliation project. It requires comparing business bank and credit-card statements with QuickBooks, then working with me live by screen share to identify and separate business versus personal charges before transactions are categorized and reconciled. For example, a payment from the business bank account to American Express requires reviewing the actual AmEx statement to determine which charges were business expenses and which were personal. Some information may already be organized by my current bookkeeper in spreadsheets or statement files; you will need to review what exists, identify gaps, and use it to support the reconciliation. What I need: Reconcile business checking and credit-card accounts through December 31, 2025 Review bank and card statements alongside QuickBooks Online Help me classify mixed personal and business card activity accurately Match transactions carefully; do not use bulk or automatic categorization without review Identify missing records, duplicates, and questions for my accountant Leave clear documentation of decisions, unresolved items, and supporting statements Requirements: Strong QuickBooks Online reconciliation experience Experience with corporation year-end closeouts and bookkeeping cleanup Comfortable working through mixed personal/business credit-card statements Detail-oriented and able to explain questions clearly during live working sessions Comfortable with screen sharing and working collaboratively Able to begin immediately I would like to start today if possible and can work with you live by screen share.
