I have a pending U.S. non-provisional utility application sitting in the formalities stage, not yet examined, and I need a USPTO-registered patent attorney or agent to clear it. The USPTO's most recent Notice of Incomplete Reply cites improper figure labeling under 37 CFR 1.84(u)(1) and requires replacement drawing sheets under 37 CFR 1.84 and 1.121(d). The job is to review the file wrapper, determine exactly what the notice requires, prepare two compliant replacement sheets, and file the reply through Patent Center. All reply periods run from the original April 2026 notice, with an additional fee if not responded by August 6th, hence the deadline.
