Urgently Required Document Formatting and PDF Conversion Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Document Formatting and PDF Conversion Specialist who can quickly handle document editing, formatting, and file conversion while maintaining a clean and professional layout. Responsibilities Format and edit Microsoft Word documents Convert Word to PDF and PDF to Word accurately Preserve fonts, spacing, margins, tables, headings, and page layout Fix formatting issues, alignment, page breaks, and inconsistent styles Convert scanned PDFs into editable Word files using OCR when needed Merge, split, rename, and organize PDF documents Review final files for missing content, formatting errors, and consistency Ensure all documents are professional and ready for submission or sharing Requirements Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PDF editing, and document formatting Experience with PDF conversion and OCR Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good typing and data entry skills Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Google Docs is a plus Ability to follow instructions and complete work within deadlines Immediate availability is preferred Please include relevant samples of your previous document formatting, Word editing, or PDF conversion work with your proposal.
