VSL Video Editor Needed

Looking for a VSL Video editor to help me on a project. I have a powerpoint/ slideshow with all the information that may be needed for the project. It's about 50 slides but much of it can be condensed. Specifically looking for it to be a vsl without a present presenter. Just need you to put it into a more efficient watchable video. I will provide voice over if needed, as well as music. If you've completed a project such as this before, please send it over.
